How does institutional pricing work?: Institutional plans are priced per seat with a minimum and maximum seat range. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your cohort size.
What payment methods do you accept?: Payments are processed in Ghana cedis through Paystack — cards, mobile money, and bank transfers are all supported.
Are refunds available?: We do not offer automatic refunds. If something goes wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or no access after payment — contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request case-by-case. Refunds are always honoured where Ghanaian consumer protection law requires them.
